· Natural sales ability

· At least 1 year of sales or recruitment experience

· Track record of personal success or competitiveness

· Confident to work in a sales environment

· Strong communication/listening skills

· Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed

· Committed to a career in recruitment

· Degree is essential

The Role:

· Recruitment Consultant to join one of their successful teams

· Hot desk with a huge amount of life recruitment vacancies to work on from day 1

· Role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships

· Developing new business and building client relationships

· Attending client meetings

· Taking job briefs

· Shadowing colleagues

· Utilizing the office resources to assist you

· Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful!
