We're looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to work in Learning & Development. This is a Permanent position offering 401k and Healthcare.

The Company:

Do you have a passion for people? To design and deliver training for employees to improve performance of the individual and of the business.

The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for delivering our recruitment sales training program to our entry-level recruitment consultants.

They will deliver training through assessments, coaching, feedback, and KPI data review.

Training is face to face or remotely based off regional needs in line with our hiring intake dates

The Role:

Proven experience building relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues

Ability to effectively deliver formal sales training in person, online, via phone in individual or group bases sessions

Ability to assess sales performance and deliver objective and data driven feedback to progress development of entry level consultants

Accountability to comply with deadlines, targets, and appointments without being micromanaged

Excellent organization and administration skills, this is a high-volume training role and organization will be key to success

Excellent communication and negotiation techniques with a clear passion for training and developing people

The Person:

6 months+ 360 recruitment agency experience required

Strong communication skills

Proven track record of success in 360 positions

Ability to reinforce both team and company objectives

Determination to achieve goals

Strategic thinking and ability to execute results

Positive outlook and tenacity
