The Role:

Scale M-Wek’s Product Division by leveraging from existing exclusive relationships within their Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech, and Technology teams.
Deliver outstanding senior Product candidate to some of the most exciting growth firms on the planet.
Craft proposals and lead pitches promoting the clients value proposition.
Actively pitch and win new business within the Product space to develop a robust client base.
Collaborating with other team members to cross sell solutions to clients.
Support the growth of the business by mentoring junior staff and supporting team members.
Executing growth plans for the Product Team which includes hiring and developing staff.
Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates with the Product space.

The Person:

  • You will operate a full 360 desk.
  • You will specialise in Product Management across multiple sectors.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new business, through existing
    accounts and business developing new clients.
  • You will achieve individual financial targets as well as contributing to
    overall team targets.
  • You will be an internal and external champion of my client’s values and ethos.
