We are excited to be retained on a new Team Lead position to join one of our clients based in New York.

A global, highly successful Recruitment Staffing Agency you will be joining their fast-growing Infrastructure Finance division. My client is looking for a team lead to manage three junior consultants and grow the division further. This is an established team with a huge portfolio of clients.

The work will be covering permanent positions, focusing only on high level professionals and fees on both a contingent and retained basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in growing a team in this division with a planned increase in headcount of 12 people over the next 12 months.

What are they looking for:

· 3+ Years’ recruitment experience.

· Strong knowledge & experience in Financial Services.

· An ambitious and business minded recruitment professional who can demonstrate a track record of commercial success in career to date.

· Proven ability to network and develop client relationships with both new and existing client portfolio.

·Leadership skills; leading, influencing, developing consultants, and growing a team.

·Previous management experience is a bonus.

· Leading from the front in all recruitment areas; networking with and defining client’s key requirements while mapping out the organizational structure, understanding the culture and growth plans.

· Responsible for growing and overseeing a profitable team, developing existing team members and hiring new consultants.

· Building & developing your leadership skills.
