Talent Manager
We're looking for a Talent Manager to work in Sustainability. This is a Permanent position offering Competitive Commission.

They are seeking a talent manager to help them hire the best talent across the industry across R&D, Commercial and Sales.
Purpose of the Role:
Running the recruitment process
Supporting Directors/Hiring Managers with immediate and/or critical hires (briefing, LinkedIn searching, accessing colleagues’ networks)
Building relationships to better understand the growth strategy of the business across all teams, working actively to build a picture of future hires, both technical and behavioral
Investing time in meeting prospective team members proactively and setting up meetings with line managers if they’re a potentially good fit for the business
Seeking out and establishing partnerships with key recruitment agencies, charities, events businesses or other organisations which provide services to bolster key hires or access to relevant candidates at scale
Building a database/workbook of stakeholders to the business creating a key network for relevant hiring
Working with other colleagues/advisers to embed best practices around inclusive recruitment processes
Working with advisers and Marketing on employer brand management
Building/bringing on appropriate HR tools to automate key contracts and other HR processes
Supporting incumbent HR personnel with set-up & improvement of HR processes
You’ll spend your time:
Job Descriptions and Advert writing
Candidate headhunting
Reviewing applications
Screening candidates with or ahead of interviews with line managers
Face to face interviews, with support from Culture & Wellbeing Manager
Managing diaries and offering support, managing contracts and onboarding
You’ll bring:
Recruitment or HR experience
An ability to project manage processes, naturally organized
Enjoys building and nurturing relationships
Passionate about Notpla’s mission and a broader connection to sustainability
Good at candidate search and a creative approach to growing our team
Written communications skills, creativity
A strategic approach/looking to develop strategically
Proficient in google docs / Microsoft office / HR software systems
Interest in developing knowledge of employment law
