The Role:

My client is looking for a team lead to manage two junior consultants and grow the Application Division of the business.

The work will be covering permanent and contract positions, focusing only on high-level professionals and fees.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in growing a team in this division with a planned increase in headcount of 10 people over the next 12 months.

You will lead from the front in all recruitment areas; networking with and defining client’s key requirements while mapping out the organizational structure, understanding the culture and growth plans.

You will be responsible for growing and overseeing a profitable team, developing existing team members and hiring new consultants.

The Person:

· 2+ Years’ recruitment experience.

· Strong knowledge & experience in Technology and specifically Application recruitment (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ERP for example).

· An ambitious and business-minded recruitment professional who can demonstrate a track record of commercial success in career to date.

· Proven ability to network and develop client relationships with both new and existing client portfolio.

·Leadership skills; leading, influencing, developing consultants, and growing a team.

·Previous management experience is a bonus.
