We're looking for a Head of New York to work in Technology. This is a Permanent position offering Equity, 401k, Healthcare, Uncapped OTE and Competitive Commission.

THE ROLE:

You will report to the President and Co-Founder and be responsible for the launch and subsequent growth of the of the East Coast.

You will operate as part of the Senior Leadership team, with responsibility for launching the Life Science People brand on the East Coast.

You will be in charge of the strategic development of the U.S. proposition at a very exciting time.

You will be responsible for leading, managing & growing a team: focusing on productivity and performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the New York market, in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of talented recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.

Business Development: Actively identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry leaders in the life sciences sector to secure new business opportunities.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges, providing innovative recruitment solutions that drive success.

Recruitment: Personally engage in recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier life sciences professionals to build a strong foundation for the New York office.

Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs and performance metrics for the New York team, consistently striving for excellence and delivering on financial targets.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence, leveraging this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive growth.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for the New York office, including financial forecasting, expense management, and resource allocation.
