What we are looking for in a candidate:

Natural Sales Ability: Your knack for sales will drive your success.

Experience: At least 1 year in retail or a sales position.

Track Record: Demonstrate personal success or competitiveness.

Confidence: Comfortable in a sales/target-driven environment.

People Skills: Able to excel in face-to-face meetings.

Drive to Succeed: Exhibit a natural hunger and drive for success.

The Role:

· Recruitment Consultant to join one of their successful teams.

· Hot desk with a huge number of vacancies to work on from day 1.

· The role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing, and building relationships.

· Developing new business and building client relationships.

· Attending client meetings via video and f2f.

· Taking job briefs.

· Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful!
