We're looking for a Recruitment Billing Manager to work in Property & Construction. This is a Permanent position offering 401k, Healthcare, Uncapped OTE and Competitive Commission.

The Person:
· 3 years minimum recruitment experience (must be full desk recruitment) focusing on Permenant placements in industry.
· Track record of personal success or competitiveness.
· Confident to work in a sales environment.
· Process driven.
· Strong business development skills.
. Hands on team lead/manager experience – Leading from the front and setting the standard.
. weekly 121’s, set team and indivdual targets and KPI’S.
. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
