· At least 1 year of work experience within retail or in a sales position.

The Role:

· Recruitment Consultant to join their brand-new location in New York.

· Hot desk with many recruitment vacancies to work on from day 1.

. Mapping out the market and keeping up to date with the latest trends so you become consultative to clients and candidates.

· Role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships with extremely high-caliber candidates and clients.

· Attending client meetings.

· Taking job briefs.

· Shadowing colleagues and working closely with Account Managers.

· Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful.
