The Role:

· Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of their successful teams

· Full 360 desk

· Developing new business and building client relationships

· Attending client meetings

· Mentoring team members

The Person:

· 2 years minimum recruitment experience (must be full desk recruitment) ideally focusing on temp or temp to hire placements

· Track record of personal success or competitiveness

· Confident to work in a sales environment

· Process driven

· Strong business development skills
