Role: Head of Healthcare Recruitment

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

Location: Onsite – LA or Miami (relocation offered)

Our client is looking for an up-and-coming experienced and motivated Contract Healthcare Recruiter to launch the newest contract division specializing in Healthcare. This is an opportunity to build and run your own division in a business with proven success in the contract market.

The Role/Opportunity:

• Running a 360 desk in the Contract Healthcare Market
• You will be able to build your branch from scratch and have equity in what you build.

What this person will have?

• Proven success in the contract Healthcare sector.
• 3-6yrs+ experience
• You will have experience working in a full desk capacity in the contract healthcare market and a track record of achieving targets.
• A track record of establishing new clients as well as managing existing.
• You’re able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically both personally and professionally.
• A desire to lead from the front and grow a business from scratch.
• You will have a high emotional intelligence.
