Seeking a key member of the leadership team to initiate, manage and grow the Net Fee Income (NFI) of the US business through attracting, developing, and retaining talent and ensuring both client and candidate service levels are at the highest levels achievable. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and will require flexibility when required to travel within the US and to the London and Amsterdam offices.

The Role:

Shareholders:

  • Deliver shareholder objectives and optimize shareholder value.

Business Management & Operations:

  • Participates in global strategy, cross-selling, and client campaigns, and identifies new complementary business lines as opportunities for development.
  • Ensuring that we have efficient and suitable systems, processes, and structures to run the business and enable growth.
  • Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and lines of reporting.
  • Build and set KPI’s
  • Develop the approach for excellent service and delivery.
  • Create a culture of continual improvement.
  • Benchmarking of performance.
  • Ensuring appropriate compliance and corporate governance.
  • Holds global office relationships with both UK and Netherlands operations.

Client Focus:

  • Championing the customer- client and candidate.
  • Representing the business externally and in relevant accounts.

Leadership & Management of People:

  • Providing leadership and support to the management.
  • Create clear direction for all direct reports, achieving high morale and low attrition rates.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the business.
  • To define, communicate and monitor the culture and values of the company and its people.
  • Building, maintaining, and developing a high-performing management team.
  • Inspire employees to perform and excel and adapt value-led behaviors.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth, driving internal progression

The Person:

  • At least 5 years of success building a business in a fast-paced dynamic recruitment environment.
  • A strong strategic outlook, with a broad understanding of industry and market trends.
  • Experience maximizing growth opportunities through crossselling, key account management, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrable track record of building effective client and candidate relationships and owning relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Has a strong reputation and is well known and respected in the market specialism.
  • Has a history of attracting, hiring, and developing PRCs and other employees.
  • A proven track record of leading, inspiring and motivating employees into high-performing teams.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Strong business development skills and consultative selling approach.
  • The ability to take ownership of your success.
  • Excellent client management and relationship management skills.
  • A track record of achieving targets( financial, activity, and performance).
