Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our clients operations in New York.

The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive business results.

You will manage an existing team of 20 high performing recruiters across Financial and Professional Services recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support the company’s overall growth and hiring goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across all levels of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track recruitment progress, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems to enhance the candidate experience and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience managing a recruitment team, including providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
  • Experience with recruitment systems and technologies.
