The Opportunity:

The Role:

  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice in the US working seamlessly, flexibly and openly with colleagues across the US & UK including the wider  Group.
  • Generate consistent fee revenue on an annual basis- a minimum of $400,000+ per annum.
  • Build an internal reputation for outstanding delivery of complex high-profile assignments through highly attuned anticipated of client and candidate needs.
  • Develop through leadership and appropriate social media presence on a quarterly basis .
  • Assist, support and lend best-practice to future junior colleagues in the team adding to their professional development as a mentor and advisor.
  • Travel as an when required to key cities as dictated by clients and growing network.

The Person:

  • The business acumen to be credible across multiple sectors and a track record of revenue growth within your market.
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels; the ability to deliver a compelling argument to clients and articulate the value proposition.
  • Substantial evidence of achievements, drive and ambition, whilst never compromising on quality; Individuals must be tenacious and find innovative ways to engage current and potential clients and candidates.
  • Capacity to work with a demanding, dynamic and faced paced environment, evidence that you can thrive under pressure; a hands-on approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent relationship builder, both internally and externally, critical in a functional practice.
  • An eye for detail and passion to deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing demands under high pressure.
  • Demonstrate humility both internally and externally, passionate about delivering an excellent services, and a sense of humour!
