Their clients are start-ups, scale-ups, post series A and specialist management consultancies. 45% of their business is retained and 100% of their business is exclusive. Presently they specialize in energy storage, clean energy, future mobility, and smart cities.

The Role:

Our company are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is currently or has ambitious to be a full 360 recruiter. As a recruitment consultant your role will involve:

• Actively targeting new clients and winning new business
• Managing and developing client accounts
• Sourcing high level talent
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish You will work with Management Consultancies who are advising within the Clean Tech/Sustainability space.

You will recruit for the following positions:

• Engineers – Consultants
• CFO’s, CCO, HRD, CTO
