FIFTEEN WEST have been retained to source a Partner/Principal on behalf of a fast growing and globally known specialist search firm focusing on senior & C-Level searches specific to the Capital Investments sectors (Private Equity & Venture Capital)

Headquartered in London, this opportunity will be based in the firms Frankfurt office.

Our client is looking for a senior level recruiter with experience in FS/Finance search, who could come in as a leader for the Frankfurt team and continue to grow the business.

The Opportunity

• Focusing on retained search for exec/C-level searches across DACH region & Europe.
• Manage and scale the existing Frankfurt business.
• Develop a strong network within the FS/PE/VC markets whilst leveraging the brands existing relationships.
• Become a market expert on Private Capital and CFO search.
• Work with the businesses London team to cross collaborate and develop new clients.
• Consistent liaison with senior stakeholders to discuss growth strategy

Non-Negotiable requirements for the position…

• Minimum 4-5 years recruitment experience specific to Private Equity/FS.
• Experience placing senior level roles (C-level and -1)
• A strong reputation and network across Frankfurt/DACH specific to the Finance space.
• Experience developing new business.
