Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruitment agency environments, with experience managing teams and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management as required.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions across a range of industries and sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of recruitment tools, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports to clients and senior management on recruitment metrics and trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in agency environments.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
