Recruitment Consultant

Our client is an award winning, global recruitment consultancy with offices in Europe and USA. They are vertical market specialists and focus on recruiting high calibre candidates within Life Sciences. They are an ambitious business and are growing rapidly in each location with a big focus on Denver and Miami.

They are a mature, highly professional business with an excellent company culture and give their staff the tools to success with a clearly laid out progression path. They have a dedicated learning and development manager based in their New York office.

The role:

This highly successful Life Sciences division are looking for an experienced 360 consultant. This is a high performing team covering contract and permanent recruitment into Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech and Medical Devices companies globally. They have strong relationships with their clients in the US and have been transacting in this space since 2014. This is a great opportunity to progress into a management role.

The person:

The right person for this role MUST have the following;

• 2 years+ recruitment experience in a 360-recruitment environment
• Proven track record in sales and billings
• Strong work ethic
• Good relationship building skills
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset
• Experience within the US market is preferred but not essential – happy to relocate people from other locations around the world
• Ability to manage time effectively
