Salary: Up to $70,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

The Person:

· Natural sales ability.

· At least 1 year of recruitment experience working a full recruitment desk.

· Track record of personal success or competitiveness.

· Confident in working in a sales environment.

· Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed.

· Committed to a career in recruitment.

The Role:

· Recruitment Consultant to join one of their successful teams who would be keen to progress into a manager/team lead.

· Hot desk with a huge amount of life recruitment vacancies to work on from day 1.

· Role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships.

· Developing new business and building client relationships.

· Attending client meetings.

· Taking job briefs.

· Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful!
